A balanced, easy to make, easy to digest pre-workout meal
Ingredients
  • 1 cup chilled, brewed green tea
  • 1 cup fresh organic strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon raw almond butter
  • 2 fresh, Omega-3 eggs or 1 scoop of natural egg powder
  • Nutmeg, to taste
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in blender and whiz to combine. Add ice for extra frothiness if you like, then top with freshly ground nutmeg.
