Missing your melon wrapped in prosciutto? No need! Thin slices of pastured pork loin you roast yourself allows you all those lovely flavors you've been missing...in Paleo Style!
- 4 fresh mission figs
- 2 ounces roast pastured pork tenderloin, sliced very thin into eight pieces
- Freshly ground nutmeg, to taste
- Parsley, for garnish
- Wash and halve figs
- Layer one half of a fig, followed by one piece of pork, then another half and another piece of pork
- Repeat with remaining figs
- Sprinkle with nutmeg, to taste
- Garnish with parsley sprig
