For the once in a while treat, a homemade sorbet using raw honey and a touch of vodka for texture is a perfectly Paleo option. Vary the fruit based on the season and where you live to create your own favorite rendition.
  • 24 ounces fruit (try mango or cherry)
  • 3 tablespoons raw honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vodka
  1. Puree fruit
  2. Add honey, lemon juice and vodka
  3. Whisk to combine
  4. Cover tightly and chill in the refrigerator for 4 – 6 hours
  5. Process in ice cream maker
