Raw Cacao, Banana & Coconut Shake

As seen on The Dr Oz Show...no need to ditch your Paleo regime by drinking a milkshake when you can make a healthier version of your own!
Ingredients
- 16 ounces coconut water (I recommend Harmless Harvest...or use a fresh coconut!)
- 1 large, ripe avocado
- 2 large, ripe bananas
- 2 tbs raw cacao nibs (I like Navitas Natural)
- 1 cup baby spinach
- Ice
- 1 teaspoon grain-free vodka* optional- add if you want to freeze shake to prevent frostbite (Chopin, Karlssen or Ciroq are good options)
- Dried spices to taste- ginger, turmeric and cinnamon
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in blender and whiz to combine.
- Enjoy as is, or add the scant teaspoon of vodka before placing in freezer to create a smooth texture without frostbite.
