Ingredients
- 2 beets (save greens for a saute later!)
- 1 " fresh ginger root
- ½ bunch fresh kale
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 small ripe avocado
- Ice
Instructions
- Throw it all in the Vitamin and whiz until desired consistency is reached, adding ice depending on desired frothiness.
