Pasture Fed Chicken and Kosher Salt is all it takes to create the most savory, juicy chicken you've ever eaten, using only two ingredients!
Ingredients
- 1 pasture-fed chicken, rinsed and patted dry
- Kosher salt
- Optional: Fresh herbs of your choosing such as basil, rosemary and oregano
Instructions
- Heat oven to 450F
- Truss chicken using twine or the chicken's own skin
- Place bird breast side down and sprinkle salt on top of back
- Cook for 30 minutes, flip over and sprinkle salt on breast
- Cook 45 minutes until temperature = 150F
- Remove from chicken and rest on plate under foil until temperature = 160F
