No time to sit down and eat a meal? Create an insanely delicious meal on the go using nutrient dense bone broth, balanced out with creamy avocado and coconut milk. Make it your own by adding your favorite superfoods!
Ingredients
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • ½ jar (8 oz) bone broth
  • ½ cup fresh coconut cream (or use melted coconut butter blended with filtered water)
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon each of maca root, turmeric and /or ginger
Instructions
  1. Scoop out flesh from avocado and place in blender
  2. Add bone broth
  3. Add coconut
  4. Blend until combined, adding ice if desired for frothy texture
  5. Top with superfoods of your choosing
