Prep Update- Done For Today!
Yam/Apple Casserole w Rosemary Infusion done (just need to reheat tomorrow and top with freshly toasted pecans).
Paleo Stuffing chilling in the fridge.
Portobello, Shiitake, Oyster & Chanterelle Terrine with Black Truffle Sauce in form-mold.
Sprouts Steamed.
Turkey goes into brine tonight (one hour per pound),
Now on to our friend's for Christmas Eve Dinner!
