Just run!

Waiting for my husband, Chris at the finish line of Catalina Marathon; he should be done any sec as he usually places in the top 3 at this race.

We were both SO born to run!!

My turn next week @ LA Marathon… Plan to set a new PR; running in honor of my mom, Ellen, whose strength is an omni present inspiration to me.

We humans can physically do so much more than our minds tell us we can.

Just decide that you want to run and then you will. Go deep, get fast, live!!!
