Mellow Sunday , running & yoga…

Breakfast was quite similar to yesterday as we had another training run and then pm yoga planned.

7:30am
green powder w. vitamins, 4 egg whites cooked w. 1 tsp olive oil, sprinkled w. flax and soy lecithin, 1/ banana, 3 oz yam, .5 oz raw walnuts

9:30am
1 1/2 hr trail run; one gel during and a banana post

1pm
mixed green lettuce, cherry tomato salad w. cider vinegar & olive oil, 3 oz chicken breast 3 oz yam (there’s that recovery starch again!), water water water!!

3:30pm
quick snack before pm yoga class- 1/2 grapefruit & an apple and .5 oz raw almonds

6pm
dinner w. a friend at Whole Foods (LOVE IT!) salad bar- mixed greens, steamed squash, 4 oz tuna sashimi and some melon (slice each of pineapple, cantaloupe & honeydew)

8pm
evening herbal tea before bed…GOOD NIGHT!
