Strawberry Salsa?
Why not?
You've heard of pineapple or mango salsa; why not try it with another fruit?
Last night, I served a really tasty concoction:
Strawberry, Cucumber, Mint, Red Onion, (in order of quantity) chopped and added to fresh lime juice, a splash of extra virgin olive oil and some freshly ground black pepper. I poached a fillet of black cod and served the salsa on top.
Try it on as above, or atop another fish; delicious, easy, low calorie and completely Paleo!
