Hopefully the last few weeks of food blogging have helped convey that it’s actually quite easy and not that time consuming to eat a really healthy, balanced, clean diet that supports a busy lifestyle (and athletic performance to boot!).
To reiterate-my diet stays really consistent throughout the year as far as loads of veg & fruit & water, clean proteins and healthy fat sources; caloric intake varies based on daily exercise level but the sources of food remain the same. Bottom line- eat real food and keep your body in motion!!
Please feel free to continue posting comments and stay tuned as I switch blog-gears to focus more on other fitness/nutrition/exercise topics, instead of a sole focus on “what Nell eats!”…
