Today’s Healthy Holiday Tip
Make sure you have your fitness plans in order for both New Year's Eve and New Year's Day itself. Many gyms, yoga studios and swimming pools will be closed in observance of the holiday, but don't let that prevent you from getting out there and sweating!
Make a plan in advance to meet friends for a group hike, or a spend a day cross country skiing. Take the kids to the slopes, or the beach, depending on where you live, and spend the holiday in action!
Keep your momentum going and stay on track to flow right into the New Year with a mission to make 2010 the fittest, healthiest year yet!
