My Last Race of the 2011 Season…What FUN!!

Similar to the way I felt last month racing the NYC Marathon, I'm going into the California International Marathon with a smile on my face and levity on my mind.

What a treat! I get to run.  Full stop.

Plus, it's a new course, in a city to which I've never been before, in a race where my husband will also be competing, then waiting for me at the finish…who could ask for anything more?

Just run.  It's that simple!
