Sunchoke Saute

Here's an easy, tasty side to any green veg & lean protein dish! Wash and slice sunchokes. Saute in cast iron skillet with garlic, olive oil, fresh basil and fresh parsley for about 10 minutes. Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper , garnish with basil and serve hot.
