- ¼ small cantaloupe, cubed and frozen
- 4 ounces thinly sliced turkey
- Frisee, for garnish
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Puree melon
- Place in four small cups
- Serve with turkey, garnished with frisse
- Sprinkle on black pepper, to taste
