Spaghetti Squash Prep

What do you do with a spaghetti squash?

Start by cutting it in half, scraping out the seeds with a fork and placing, cut side down in a glass pan with water.  Bake at 425 for about 40 minutes, until skin is easily pierced with a fork.

Remove from oven and then use a fork to scrape out the strands:

Then, the sky is the Paleo Limit!  Use where you used to use regular pasta: with a  Paleo marinara, under a good curry or simply tossed with fresh basil, garlic and olive oil.

So versatile, it will go with nearly any type of regional cuisine!
