Work breakfast:
green drink with vitamins; pumpkin shake (green tea/protein/flax/lecithin/almond butter)

45 minute aerobic run with pick ups

9:30 am
3 oz chicken breast on a bed of spinach with 1/4 avocado, 2 T pomegranate seeds & an apple

12:30pm
sliced turkey, .5 oz raw walnuts, 1/2 banana, Americano

3pm
Red Kale (flash steamed), 1/2 Green Kombucha, Pear, spahetti squash (finishing up the last bit!), 3 oz chicken breast

Dinner
green salad, no dressing, baked salmon atop artichoke hearts, glass of Cab and fresh fruit for dessert
