In a matter of minutes, you can create a simple, Paleo salad with many of the local summer favorites available at your farmer's market! Change the fish and produce to match what you find in your neighborhood.
Ingredients
- 10 ounces raw wild salmon, sashimi grade
- 4 cups wild arugula
- 20 cherries, pitted and halved
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Cut salmon into bit sited pieces
- Divide arugula in half and place on two plates
- Add salmon, cherries, blueberries, avocado
- Drizzle oil on top
