Egg, Tomato & Basil Amuse Bouce

Prepare just a few as an amuse bouche for a small dinner party, or a whole tray to serve as passed hors d'oeuvres!
Ingredients
- 2 large cherry or grape tomatoes
- 2 boiled eggs
- 2 basil leaves
- 4 thin slices avocado
- thinly sliced red onion, for garnish
- olive oil, for garnish
- freshly ground black pepper, for garnish
Instructions
- Wash, then slice the tomatoes into two or three slices
- Slice the egg into two or three slices
- Layer slices to create a bite sized tower
- Place a basil leaf atop each
- Place on center of plate, with two slices avocado on each plate
- Scatter onion on top
- Drizzle olive oil and grind pepper on top
