Bone broth needn't be consumed only hot; what better base for a nutrient dense smoothie than the golden panacea itself - bone broth! The banana makes a great carb choice if you've just worked out, while the fat from the nuts balances out your macros.
Ingredients
- 16 oz chicken lemongrass bone broth
- ½ ripe frozen, sliced banana
- 2 oz raw, sprouted almonds (or walnuts)
- 2 soft boiled pasture raised eggs
- 1 Tablespoon Raw Cacao Nibs
- Himalayan Salt, to taste
- *Optional : throw in a handful of your favorite organic, leafy greens
Instructions
- Blend all in Vitamix
- Pour into two glasses
- Enjoy!
