Heirloom Tomato and Avocado Salad

Another example of the most simple of dishes often being the tastiest. Finding fresh tomatoes at the farmer's market, or growing your own is the way to go!
Ingredients
- 1 large, organic red Heirloom Tomato
- 1 large, organic yellow Heirloom Tomato
- ½ medium red onion
- 1 ripe organic avocado
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cut tomatoes into ½" thick slices
- Slice onion very thinly
- Cut avocado into wedges
- Assemble on two plates
- Drizzle olive oil on top
- Finish with freshly ground pepper, to your liking
