New Year’s Day Alaskan King Crab Legs
Crab has long been a staple of many a New Year’s Day Feast. This Paleoista preparation kills two birds with one stone by making use of that last 1/2 bottle of Champers that was leftover from the celebration last night! Ingredients
- Raw garlic, crushed
- Leftover Champagne
- Lemon- juiced
- 1 pound Alaskan King Crab Legs
Instructions
- Combine in large stock pot and bring to a boil.
- Add crab legs and place a lid on top.
- Cook for 4 minutes.
- Remove meat from shells then serve on a bed of your favourite greens
