Another perfect example of letting the true flavor of foods speak for themselves. No need for a bottled dressing or canned dip when you can whip this up in no time flat!
Ingredients
- 1 large red bell pepper, roasted over a flame, cooled and peeled
- 1 garlic clove, smashed
- ½ cup raw sprouted walnuts
- 2 small plum tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- Juice from ½ small lemon
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Combine everything in Vitamin or high speed blender.
- Whiz to combine and serve as a dip for crudites, a sauce for a hearty, white fish, such as sword fish or a marinade for pasture raised chicken.
