Paleoista's Citrus Cranberry Sauce

Cranberries are full of antioxidants, which protects cells from damage by unstable molecules called free radicals. Here's a healthy, easy way to prepare them which allows you all the benefits without the downside (corn syrup) you'd find in many a canned variety.
Ingredients
- 12 ounces organic, raw cranberries
- 1½ cups filtered water
- ½ freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
- 1 teaspoon freshly chopped rosemary
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
Instructions
- Combine cranberries, water and juice in medium sized saucepan
- Over medium heat, cook until the cranberries start to explode
- Remove from heat and place in a bowl
- Cranberry sauce will thicken as it cools
