Raw Cacao, Banana & Coconut Shake

As seen on The Dr Oz Show...no need to ditch your Paleo regime by drinking a milkshake when you can make a healthier version of your own!
Ingredients
  • 16 ounces coconut water (I recommend Harmless Harvest...or use a fresh coconut!)
  • 1 large, ripe avocado
  • 2 large, ripe bananas
  • 2 tbs raw cacao nibs (I like Navitas Natural)
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • Ice
  • 1 teaspoon grain-free vodka* optional- add if you want to freeze shake to prevent frostbite (Chopin, Karlssen or Ciroq are good options)
  • Dried spices to taste- ginger, turmeric and cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in blender and whiz to combine.
  2. Enjoy as is, or add the scant teaspoon of vodka before placing in freezer to create a smooth texture without frostbite.
