Paleo @ Colicchio & Sons

My husband and I had an amazing meal at Colicchio & Sons last week.   

As always, I checked with our server to make sure what I ordered had no soy, no dairy, no gluten, three  commonly found hidden culprits in sauces, marinades and stews.   

When I got the green light, I ordered the venison and extra veg in lieu of starch, and Oh, dear God, it was to die for:

And I also quite enjoyed looking at the gingerbread house made to look like the Top Chef Kitchen:

Would've been fun to have had the chance to say hello to Tom!  Perhaps next time…
