Today’s Healthy Holiday Tip
Get creative with your recipes.
Add pomegranate seeds to top off your sauteed kale in lieu of shaved parmesan.
Serve baked spaghetti squash with sauteed onion, celery and sage in order to achieve the seasonal tastes you'd get in stuffing without getting, well, stuffed!
Make sure to keep up, as always, with serving plenty of green veg with every meal. If you eat a satisfying, balanced meal, you're far less likely to go for a sugary dessert.
Keep freshly sliced berries in the fridge as a quick 'go-to' if you feel like something sweet post=dinner.
