TRX Training - Dotted with trees, Asilomar Park a mere one quarter mile East of PCH, Temescal Canyon Road is the perfect location for TRX’s signature ‘fitness anywhere’ training in conjunction with hill repeats along Temescal, jaunts down to the sand and a hop, skip and a jump up to the Will Rogers Trailhead. Intervals & Endurance - Strengthen the legs, develop the core and free your mind with beach running, lunging and squatting, performed as circuits, nicely nestled in between sprints in the sand and push-ups on the grass
Trail Running in the Santa Monica Mountains - It doesn’t get much more Paleo than this…executing the very most natural motion we, as bipeds, were literally made for. Pristine trails serve as ideal running surfaces which promote foot strength, balance and agility while significantly reducing risk for overuse injury.
Just as with Paleo eating, Paleo In Motion offers variety, and lots of it. Why waste time being bored in little amount of free time you have?
