Combining my hands-on experience with personal training clients, Paleo Lifestyle coaching and culinary school training, I offer a three pronged approach to help you achieve optimal health, once and for all.
In addition to my personal fitness training services, I also offer in person demos of my signature “Hour in the Kitchen” to local clients, during which I demonstrate how, in one hour, you can prepare enough healthy food choices to create several days worth of healthy meals for yourself and your family. Private Fitness Training
Initial Session *Please allow ninety minutes to include evaluation.
Workouts are created based on your individual needs, goals and any restrictions you may have and are conducted in your home or on-site fitness facility.
Follow up sessions are 55 minutes and are available in packs of ten, twenty and thirty sessions.
Kitchen Clean Out

Removing tempting foods from the kitchen and replacing them with healthy options is the important first step in creating a surefire way to succeed with your new healthy regime. If your refrigerator is stocked with freshly prepared veggies, healthy proteins and several choices of tasty foods to snack on instead, you’ll easily stick to the plan.
