Cape Cod Slaw Paleo Style

Make over that East Coast summer time staple by swapping out just a few ingredients!
Ingredients
- 1 head green cabbage
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pastured, raw egg* if you cannot find a good source, omit egg
- 3 carrots
- ½ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon celery seed
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
Instructions
- Wash and shred cabbage
- Whisk egg into olive oil until well incorporated
- Shred carrots
- Combine all ingredients together
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate several hours before serving
