Ingredients
- 2 large yams
- Sea salt, to taste
Instructions
- Wash yams
- Place in glass or ceramic baking dish with 2″ water
- Preheat oven to 450F
- Bake sixty – ninety minutes, until easily pierced with fork
- Remove from oven and let cool
- Using your fingers, gently remove and discard skin
- Enjoy with sea salt and get ready to move
